TILTCO SPEAKS AT ENERGY SYMPOSIUM AT UCLA
April 30th 2010-Los Angeles, U.S.: TILTCO(ST Group) President and Owner Jay Madha was recently in Los Angeles as he was invited to speak at the 3rd Annual Energy Symposium hosted by the UCLA Institute of Environment and the German American Chamber of Commerce California.


With 250 people in attendance from all over North America and Europe the audience included architects, engineers, builders, consultants, developers, designers and LEED AP’s.

Mr. Madha was asked to speak about the energy efficient fenestration solutions that TILTCO (ST Group) offers relevant to new “Green” legislation being passed by the State of California for a sustainable future. The product lines he discussed included the uPVC and wood lines of windows, doors and curtain wall.

The opening speaker for the symposium was the Mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa. Topics of discussion included renewable energy sources for residential power supply, building methods and sustainable design. It was an absolute pleasure for TILTCO (ST Group) to be involved with this event and TILTCO (ST Group) would like to especially thank the Director of UCLA Institute of Environment Dr. Glen MacDonald. TILTCO would also like to extend thanks to the German American Chamber of Commerce California for the invitation to speak as well as TILTCO’s European partners at ST Group especially Siegfried Jehle.
