DESCRIPTION
E70 Series Doors are produced with a maintenance free uPVC profile. Frames, sashes and mullions are reinforced with galvanized, roll-formed steel. The steel provides structural strength to the uPVC profiles and constraints thermal expansion and contraction. Sash and frame corners are mitered and fusion welded. Frames and sashes have a double seal, pressure-equalized, rain screen design system. This provides durable water penetration control suitable for locations with high design pressures.
SINGLE DOORS
Inswing / Outswing Doors – E70 Series Doors are manufactured to size with a multitude of coupling options, with a minimum of 5 locking points that wrap around the sash giving weather tight seal and enhanced security. Each E70 Series Door is supported on 3 to 4 fully adjustable offset pivot hinges. The optional sills can be applied for ADA wheel chair compliance.
Tilt & Swing Doors – E70 Series Tilt & Swing doors have the same construction characteristics as the E70 Inswing Doors with the addition of the tilt and turn hardware. One twist of the handle allows the door to tilt into the room just enough for draft free ventilation and still maintain engaged locking points for security. A further twist of the handle into the horizontal position allows the door to swing into the room. One last twist downward puts the door into a closed position, engaging the multipoint locking hardware system. The locking system wraps 360 degrees around the door for enhanced security. An optional Roll N’ Hide Screen can be installed.
COMMERCIAL
Tiltco E70 Commercial Entrance Door systems are unique to the industry. E70 Commercial doors can be custom designed for you project requirements. Each door frame and sash have a double seal with a pressure-equalized rain screen design system. There are 3 commercial grade fully adjustable offset pivot hinges that hold the sash in place for smooth operation for high traffic uses.
Each E70 Series Commercial Door System has a minimum of 6 locking points that wrap around the sash giving a weather tight seal and added security. Architectural handles and hardware are available to meet you design requirements.
TILT & SLIDE PATIO DOORS
E70 Series Tilt & Slide Patio Doors offer the advantage of a sliding door and a tilt and turn window all in one. Innovative technology allows the patio doors to be tilted to provide excellent controlled ventilation in a secure locked position, without having to slide the door open. A simple twist of the handle and the door will glide gently open allowing easy access to the exterior. A minimum of 8 locking points wrap around the sash giving a weather tight seal and enhanced security. An optional Roll N’ Hide Screen can be installed.
FRENCH DOORS
Inswing / Outswing Doors – French doors are ideal for any residential or commercial application. TILTCO E70 Series French doors offer many design opportunities, combining shaped transoms, sidelights, arched and angled openings. Profiles are available in various finishes and colours.
Tilt & Swing Doors – E70 Series Tilt & Swing French doors have the same characteristics as the Inswing Doors with the addition of the tilt and turn hardware. The astragal is fixed to the non operable sash which allows a clear opening once both doors are in open position.
